These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AisleRoyale.com and your purchase of products from Aisle Royale. Aisle Royale is operated by Commerce Foundations, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Aisle Royale,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. You may browse as a guest or create an account.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@aisleroyale.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

2. Products, Descriptions, and Availability

We work to describe our products accurately, including specifications, images, and compatibility information supplied by manufacturers and distributors. Product images are representative; packaging, labeling, and minor design details may differ from the image shown.

All products are offered subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue a product, or decline to fulfill an order for any item at any time.

3. Pricing and Errors

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and applicable sales tax, which are calculated at checkout. Prices and promotions may change at any time before an order is placed.

Despite our efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. If an item’s correct price is higher than the price shown, we will either contact you before shipping to confirm the corrected price or cancel the order and notify you. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order has been confirmed.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; it does not constitute acceptance. A contract of sale is formed only when we ship the item to you.

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, a shipping address we cannot service, or a reasonable belief that the order is placed for resale without authorization. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full payment card numbers.

Your payment method is authorized when you place the order and charged when the order is processed. If a charge is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.

6. Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and remitted as required by law. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees not collected at checkout.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier. Claims for items damaged in transit, items delivered incomplete, or items reported as delivered but not received are handled under our Return Policy, and must be reported within the timeframes described there.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before purchasing, particularly the list of non-returnable products and the requirement to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization before shipping anything back.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

Products sold through Aisle Royale may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Any such warranty is provided by the manufacturer, on the manufacturer’s terms, and is not a warranty from Aisle Royale.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, this website and the products sold through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commerce Foundations, LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this website or any product purchased through it, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Product Use and Safety

You are responsible for selecting products suitable for your intended use and for following all manufacturer instructions, safety warnings, and applicable laws when installing, assembling, operating, storing, or disposing of any product. If you are unsure whether a product is right for your application, contact us before purchasing.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website to: violate any law; infringe the rights of others; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; interfere with or disrupt the website or its security; access the website by automated means without our written permission; scrape, harvest, or republish our content, pricing, or catalog data; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network.

13. Reviews and Submissions

If you submit a review, comment, photo, question, or other content to our website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with our business. You represent that the content is your own, is accurate, and does not violate anyone else’s rights.

We may edit, decline to publish, or remove submissions, including content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or off topic. We do not publish reviews written in exchange for compensation that is not disclosed.

The Aisle Royale name, logo, site design, text, graphics, and compilation of content on this website are owned by Commerce Foundations, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Product names, brand names, and manufacturer logos are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell. Their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

15. Third-Party Links and Services

This website may link to or rely on third-party websites and services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, and manufacturers. We do not control those parties and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.

16. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

17. Electronic Communications

By using this website or placing an order, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including order confirmations, shipping notices, and service-related notices. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, labor disputes, carrier delays, supplier or manufacturer shortages, utility or network outages, acts of government, or public health emergencies.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without regard to Florida's conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, this website, or a purchase will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Before filing a claim, we ask that you contact us at support@aisleroyale.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

20. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding this website and your purchases.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Changes apply to orders placed after the revision date. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
